Came across this one early this morning. Think it may be an early flowering purple one.

There are a lot more to come yet placi. The place where they are is living with them. One place has well lots. Watch this space.

Some wild orchid species are quite common locally. If they like the locality they thrive.
One of the rarer species, the Bee Orchid, I once found in a very unexpected place between the fences of a supermarket supply depot and a lorry/trailer park. It was only a strip about a yard wide but was undisturbed which I think is an Orchids biggest requirement.
