I'm thinking moth but really not sure - will check next week if I remember where it is

Nice find. Google thinks the eggs of a shieldbug...

I did think maybe Shield at first look but given the dock etc around the area it seemed a bit of an odd choice which is why I went towards moth. Hopefully they will still be there next week
