Not the closest or sharpest image but kind of interesting. A hare scent marking yesterday by rubbing its chin on a rock in a field. I've seen them do this a few times using the same rock. Apparently they also pee on their feet and kick it out to cover a larger area. As someone who does like to get close to them I prefer the chin rubbing method

Rabbits indulge in chin rubbing. I suppose it is a form of territory marking.
Hiding amongst the buttercups this morning. Quite a few around but two of them let me get very close. Possibly thinking the undergrowth was giving some protection.
