Get you, with ya fancy flight shots, and sunshiny ducks!! I think Magpies might be my favourite birds in flight, and if you can be behind them as they come in to land, the tail is a superb sight! And obvs not forgetting Walter, out in the open! Marvellous stuff

Haha, trying to get off auto PB, learning about the exposure triangle, not that am absorbing any of it As if av no got enough maggies though!!! They dont need to breed every year surely

Time for a wee update. garden is still like marsh land but the birds are still visiting, even the songthrush and a couple of redwing yesterday. There is a big attraction in town at the moment but I have yet to catch up with it yet due to its very inconvenient location. Just past the Hamilton services on the M74 we have a visiting Crane and I am not as crazy as others to stand on hard shoulder of a flaming motorway for any bird! There is access via Strathclyde Park through a muddy path under the motorway but its in an area covered in long hay type grass, I have been down that way once so far but never seen it .

On the other hand I did catch up with a newbie today on the old Ravenscraig site not to far from me. One of 13 skylark woohoo. It has been on my to see list for quite a while so delighted to get a head up they were there today

Thanks PB, no singing just me bloody screaming at a feckn stupid dog and it's owner for jumping up on my and trying to get my camera...feckn moron!!! But glad a got a couple before they were chased away.
Haha...I see photos posted on SOC group I am part of almost every flaming hour of the crane lol
