Speeding is an odd thing. Some say it is safer to move 'with pace' and others say it is better to travel slowly. It is all pretty subjective really. Without question, my view is that all drivers should adhere to 20, 30 and 40 speed limits and that these limits should be applied where lives can be saved.
Many of us will have encountered a slow driver on a motorway or slip road, who creates more danger by driving too slow. We will have also encountered drivers who dodge between traffic lanes at speed without indicating.
The real crime is bad and dangerous driving.
