Spring / Summer / Autumn / Winter Watch on BBC2

Must admit I was expecting more, The colours were great, and I liked the racoons and the bears. But that was about it. Not watched it tonight as I like the new Yorkshire vet better. Will watch on iplayer tomorrow. If can summon up the enthusiasm.

I'm recording it as my Sky box has lost BBC for some reason but I saw the Monday episode and I agree with you Willpar. Not quite grabbing me like it normally does because it's not here. It almost feels like they should have done it as a one off special episode just to see what was there. It's interesting and the landscape is amazing but it's not the same.

Tuesdays was a lot better. I watched it on I player. At least they got their mojo back, and I quite liked it.

Just been watching a really interesting item on the red button about turning a small city garden in to a nature haven.

Liking this series of Springwatch so far.

The remote cameras just get better and better. Amazing story about pine martins and the guy filming in rivers. I'm really enjoying the lady with the small city garden adding everything needed to give nature a kick start.

Totally agree Kev. Am liking it very much so far. Will be interesting to see the completion of the ladies garden. For me so far has got to be the pine martens that go to the couples house. What a place for wildlife, all those animals they get, just amazing. Liked the fish also. First time I have seen a pied wagtails nest. All good stuff.

First Autumn watch tonight. Didn`t quite grab me. To much yap I thought.

Yep I agree. So much so that I dialled out of it a little bit about 30-40 mins in.

I think Springwatch is much more interesting because you have all the drama of the nest-cams whereas the Autumn show is more about recorded items. Hopefully it'll pick up....
