Pot Pourri

[Willpar]

Took a walk along the river Plym today. Went at low tide to see what would be feeding in the mud. Most of the birds were in the water in the middle.

I enjoyed that, Willpar and snowdrops and otters(?) playing statues too
The gnome is still flat out after New Year

That was fascinating, Willpar , and so was the soundtrack.

Cars on the far side of the river Placi was making the noise. Seems to amplify it for some reason.

Actually I meant the bird calls: geese, ducks and .... thingies .

Ah i see placi. For some reason i thought you meant the noise. Yes the geese and that came over quite good. I was trying out a new external microphone i bought, instead of the built in one. Is more directional so should be quite good. Although the noise from across the river was a distraction for me.

So that's it !! I knew the sound was different but didn't realise why. Very good indeed

I liked the contrasting sound too, loud then quieter back and forth

That could well be because the new microphone is a stereo one nuthatch. I did notice that as well.

I liked it when the scenes and so the sound changed from the water to the field and back again.. like they do in the films.. I thought it was very good - effective
