Don't think av ever seen one SM

For the first time ever I had one of the larger species of dragonfly come into the house via the patio door. There then followed a 5 minute chase as I tried to usher it back outside During this hectic interlude I never managed to identify my visitor.

They are not so easy to photograph when they are flying , nice to know they are about though.
