No sign of him today.

I hope he found somewhere warm because I woke up to 2cm of snow and then it poured with rain for the rest of the day.

I found out someone at work is a twitcher!!

Showed the info to him and he said
this is a very sick Great Tit. The piloerection of feathers is a sign of distress and could be due to any combination of trauma, cold or disease. At least it had a full stomach for what were probably its last hours!

There has been a couple of reported bird flu incidents the past week. But so far not bad enough for restrictions to be implemented. Just a thought.
