Going by the size of it I think it may be a domestic breed. I agree it has the colouring of a Greylag but they are much daintier birds. Domestic birds do sometimes escape and join the local wild flock but they don't last long if Freddy Fox spots them.
Edit. I have just had a quick google and I think it is a Toulouse Goose. Parlez vous le frog?

It was lovely to watch and one of those times where the light was right and I could get a shot I like.

Could be a Greylag Goose although I would have expected the head and upper neck to be a bit darker. Greylag Geese are a big bird , 75 -90cm

Yes, it measures about 1½" on my phone
