Wow - I heard about it today but hadn't seen the photos until now - thanks, Willpar - what a shot to get

Wonder what the weasel had for lunch instead of the woodpecker ..... maybe another one.

It was on the bbc news this evening.

I have seen some amazing wild life photos in the past but I am struggling to recall anything that rivals that picture. I am surprised the Weasel managed to hang on and the Woodpecker's flight strength was enough to carry them both.

Definitely a winner !
