So, the weather was glorious on Monday, and had been forecasted for a while, so I'd made my mind up for a Weymouth trip. It was a very good day, so naturally I took a million photo's.... it turns out when 3 Marshies are cavorting about in the distance I get a bit snap happy!!

They were very distant, so even with the big lens + the teleconverter in super light the photo's aren't great... I'm blaming heat haze

Thank you gents. I think I took about 500 just of the Marshies, so you can see how rubbish the rest were!! It was definitely spectacular to watch

Was a lovely day, thank you Linda. Got some better shots of stuff that wasn't so distant, but the marshies display was the highlight

Given the distance and the limitations of light and equipment a tremendous set of photos of this spectacular bird.
