So, a little trip out yesterday before the drizzle came in, preceded by a few from the garden, inspired by Germain's comment about Chalkhill Blues...
So, unfortunately no Chalkhills, but reason to go out again

Like you need an excuse PB...

Some I have never or rarely seen as usual... Nice set, shame rain stopped play.

Wow , amazing to see such detail on the butterflies and moths PB. What's the 1st Butterfly? And to get the birds aswell was a bonus, its been rubbish here for butterflies except for meadow browns!!!

Very nice PB. Lots of butterflies around at the moment. They just wont stay still though.

Thanks William.... go out early before they, and the weather, have warmed up... they may not be still, but they're definitely slower lol

Jeezo its just the detail that makes it look soooo different ...never get that close, usually just looks black
