largely sunny day though there was some rain in the afternoon. Quite windy and a high of 24c.

Currently 30c in the house (I'm back in Jersey and I count myself lucky to have a cool house!) The outside reading in deep shade was 36 and rising

Reached 28c here today, sunny morning got cloudy in the afternoon. Am sitting in the doorway now looking at the light show and letting the house cool down.

It's been thunder and lightning here throughout the night and to continue most of the day...garden getting a much needed drink!!
