August not a great month video wise. But i did manage five and a half minutes worth.

Thank you jacksparrow. I did wonder what the small butterfly was.

That's very good, Willpar - especially all the cyclamen .
The fig was quite a surprise, as was the clematis running wild.

A teazel and a bee - perfect.
The shieldbug made me realise that I haven't seen one at all this summer. Unusual.
Lots of fungi (as you would expect), and late butterflies. Both good to see.
I would hazard a guess that the bluetit isn't too well . Sorry to see.
The montbretia (you have to say 'crocosmia' now ): we used to have them in the garden yonks ago. Have always loved the colour.
Can almost smell the honeysuckle from here.

Thank you Placi. The hens were in a graveyard of all places, and were scratching and eating ants. Did not have a clue where they had come from. Lots of fungi as you said. But i did like the one near the end with the warts. Shield bug was great to see, as the first i had a video of was a green one.
The bluetit as you seen was on a path, at first i thought it may have been winded by something. But after watching the video a few times it may be something else. After i took the video i went to pick it up to put higher up in the hedge. But it flew up, not very good mind you, but did make it to the hazel.

I enjoyed that A good selection to appreciate. The teasel is very late. Mine have grown flowered and dried out and gone to seed. I cut them down a couple of weeks ago. Interesting butterflies. I think the tatty one was a female Common Blue.
