Seen lots of redwing, fieldfare and 7 whooper swans but got too busy with birders looking for the cetti's warbler so I left them to it.

Well good luck to them trying to spot a cettis! Bleedin nightmare this time of year! Well done on your winter thrushes, not seen any yet, but not been out 🥺

Redwing and fieldfare... very nice Linda. I have not seen either yet. In fact hardly seen anything at the reserve the last few times out, just loads of fly agaric fungi. It has been very damp and grey :(

Aye it was nice to see around 50 or so mixed flock. Went back up this afternoon and folk still looking for cettis 😆 can feel a drop in temperature also, had my gloves on!
