Can't recall the last time I saw wild scabious ! There's a treat.
Just loved the Shetland ponies - I'd take them both .
At 4.49: first thought was Evening primrose but the leaf looks like an Iris .
Dunno what the fearsome creature was which was feeding on the buddleia but the flowers are waaaay ahead of mine, which is only now beginning to flower.

I left in the second to last clip as it was an introduction or the last clip.

Brilliant stuff once again. I'm loving the butterflies and the fledgling Swallows were a real treat.

Thank you jacksparrow. Funnily enough, normally I would not have kept the swallow clip for obvious reasons with the camera focussing on the bloomin grass. But looked sort of interesting, and a good lead into the last clip. I was darn lucky to get that, as all but one of the swallows flew off.

I looooove those fledgling Swallows at the end, specially when the one gets fed by a parent! Beautiful!!!

Thank you butterfly, right place right time. Must admit I managed to get a good assortment that time. My favourite as well, the young swallow being fed.

The wild-growing flowers are a perfect cottage garden: convolvulus (don't see that often nowadays), honesty, perpetual pea. Amazing things.
There's a flower at 4.37 which I can't recall but you see it mainly in florists' arrangements. I think it begins with "A" - maybe it will come to me - and I'm surprised to see it growing wild. Very surprising.

Hi Placi, thanks for looking. I though that the flower at 4:37 may have been some sort of lilly. There were two lots growing on waste ground. But the other clump was not in flower. The peas come up in the same place every year, and spreading a bit more.
