Lovely additions Ed, the Lapwing certainly are stonkingly stunning in the sunlight.... although everything looks better in sunshine lol

Lovely photo's Ed, I have only managed a distant photo of a lapping so far. Merlin App agrees with your wigeon.

There's nothing much wrong with those flight shots, Ed, apart from you didn't manage to jump up to eye-level, and navigate your way slightly in front of them

Like snappy said, lovely light and blue sky, no complaints here, except it wasn't here

Thank you PB. At my age my jumping high days are over.

I guess I could bring along a large step ladder next time I go somewhere.
May get some curious glances from people. May get a "you've been framed" moment as well.
