Good stuff Ed, I've seen a couple this year, but had the wrong lens on!! The neighbours buddleia has just come in to flower, and is higher than the wall, so hopefully we'll get a few visits on that like we have the last few years :)

We have lots of these Western Honey Bees in the garden today. All seem to be loving and feasting on Lavender.

I'm guessing a female Darter but I don't know which species.

Have about 20+ of these Painted lady butterflies in the garden today. They are really feeding well on the Lavender and Buddleia. :)

Must have at least five different types of butterfly flying around. :) Recharge camera battery time.
