Mrs PB is concerned with flooding! If I see a wigeon that looks like it's been traumatised by a bloke with a Canon I'll know it's the same one![]()
The wetlands are flooded, not much in the way of field boundaries looking over the main reserve, other than the dyke walls... One hide was shut west of the main hide and the furthest east they recommend wellies, didn't bother with that one
A lot of wigeon and pochard about. I always think when it is flooded the birds are a bit more spread out... Still, enjoyed the visit and saw plenty I don't see much of locally.
