The grapes are over at the hotel Jacksparrow. Is the first time I have noticed grapes on the vines. They are not looked after well either. Overgrown grass around them and not trimmed back or tied. Shame really as there are a lot of vines there.

Yes, its a pity as the vines don't ask for much to prosper. Someone fancied themselves as a wine maker and got fed up with the idea. :(

I have a really really soft spot for pot marigolds (calendula) :love:. Growing wild is wonderful !!
At the end: above the pheasant family - is that a bullace tree, I wonder :eek: :clap: ?

See it has thorns on it Placi so could well be sloe`s. What is a bullace. Did you notice the great tit?

Just looked it up, a kind of damson. Funnily enough there are damsons in the very same lane and was a very good crop this year.

I confess I hadn't, Willpar so I watched the vid again. Spotted it this time and reckon that's a blue tit ? However, you were closer than I was :shrug: :magnify:
