Must try focus stacking soon. This photo shows , I believe, a Root Maggot fly. The garden is full of small wildlife that normally goes unnoticed. Looking forward to finding more small little beasties.

I believe this is a Thick Legged Flower Beetle. This one was sat on an Erigeron flower.

Bumblebee made it home safe and well. So far found three underground burrows (if that is what you call them) in the garden. Both Sandra and I need to mark them so we do not disturb the occupants.
