How do you stop this ??
It's been escalating since councils imposed a charge to come to your house and take stuff away and, I suppose, cheap builders allied to laziness and almost no chance of being caught.
There are official tips but no-one wants one on their doorstep so a certain amount of effort is involved.
Heart-breaking, it really is. Wonder just how long that dangerous eyesore will remain there.

Went to the council website, there is a report page for fly tipping with a map on it. Went to the map where the rubbish was dumped and there are 3 reporting`s quite close to each other. The one where the rubbish would be has been flagged up as private land. So is the responsibility of the land owner. Don't know if that is the farmer or not. So the rubbish could be there for a while. The land owner no doubt will have to bear the cost for its removal.

It's such an insult isn't it I wonder if they've ever had to wait until someone out walking, like Willpar had passed by. It must take a few minutes to get that far in. Someone might see them sometime and get their vehicle registration number.

Is a local paper interested, Willpar - send them a still from the video?

Someone might even recognise stuff from their house in it.

Nuthatch, the map had these markers all over it in the Plymouth city boundary. Took me by surprise to see that many. Certainly opened my eyes as to just how big of a problem it is. And Plymouth is not a big city. It is a crying shame though. So I am sure the local rags are more than aware of it.

Being a country lane where the rubbish was dumped, it was probably after dark that the dumping actually occurred.
