It's all good as the Gull is just delivering the chick to me at BH as we never had any Avocet visitors this year. Great timing SM

Yes, but only because it is trying to eat the crab before 50 more descend on it....

That's what happened to me at Old Hunstanton.... I was pecking my crabs and the sea surrounded me.... Only I couldn't fly to the beach

I got cut off by the incoming tide, and had to wade back to shore thru waist deep sea, with my camera etc held aloft.
