Looks like the jay had found a snack, they will soon be after the acorns and chestnuts. That pigeon looks like it has got the jackpot Nice to see the deer, good selection of photo's.

The Jay's look for an easy snack at the hides especially in winter. Sooo many woodpigeon around the now Deer came leeping doon the field unaware I was stood at the bottom .....obviously leaped back upwards after eyeballing me
