February was a challenge mainly due to the wet weather. But did get through it, and managed to get some nice clips.

March on the whole was not too bad. Did have some sunny periods, which bought out bees and a butterfly.

Thank you Willpar. Some excellent images especially the cock pheasant in breeding plumage. The birdsong backing track was good too.

Thank you JS, the pheasant came to me from the field to check me out. Came within a yard of me, and even crawled under the gate. Was good to get the bee and butterfly.

May to start with was either a washout or a blow out. Never got out for days on end. Sadly the finished video ended up as just HD when i exported it to another programme for the title cards. And the other software that comes with the camera don't do that.
But did manage to get some very nice clips. Was great to see the early orchids and some more butterflies.

Thanks Willpar The nest at the end looks like it could be wren's nest. The male builds several so the female has a choice Not all are used.

Thank you Js, yes a wrens nest I found down the woods. Never seen a wren anywhere near it though.

May turned out to be a pretty good month despite the rain during the first week. Managed to get just a few seconds of a woodland bird. Two birds taking away mealworms out side the house. Reptiles taking in a few rays. So may turned out to be a good month.
