Saw two Great Spotted Woodpeckers on a tree in the garden a short while ago.
They stayed for a few minutes flitting from branch to branch pecking at the buds.
I didn't manage to get a picture of the two together, just one in view - will post it later.

Very rare to see a pair of GSWs. Love is in the air I think
