A first today at the chateau as we had a dragonfly enter through the open patio door. It made a hell of a racket trying to get out again getting stuck between the blind and the window. I managed to release it without harm but did get a chance to ID it. It was a Southern Hawker which is probably the most common of the bigger species.

I caught a glimpse of a Common Darter today but unfortunately it did not stop for a photo.

I went for a walk on the patch yesterday, looking for damsel and dragonflies, I found both and was quite pleased
Still editing photos but, I remembered to try a video, for a change
