I looked under the Rowan tree today and spotted that the Bluebells are just starting to push through ready for Spring. I'll vote for that.

Nestling in today's sunshine, beneath the biggest pyrawotsit I spy a clump of daffodils 6 inches tall  !!

My Magnolia will be in bloom very shortly. The buds are bursting and all we want is some nice warm sunshine to finish the job. :spring:

That's quite amazing, Jacksparrow. Mild winter and all that - no wonder it thinks it's May !!
However, there's a camellia up the road in riotous flower :)

Mulberry 2020 003.JPG
First fuzzy mulberry catkins - dead on time which is surprising considering the warmest winter since Adam was a lad.
Aaaanyway, it matters not because I expect the result to be as before: no fruit :(.

Maybe this year will be the year that it bears fruit. Alternatively get some silkworms to munch on the mulberry leaves as I'm sure Honest Placi .Inc has a textiles wing that could put the end product to profitable use.
