I'll tell you what's growing in my garden and that's blinking lawn It's blinking November for gawd's sake and my mower should be tucked up in the garage enjoying it's winter break. I had to use it again today. Who can I write to to complain?

Do you remember that year not so long ago when people were cutting their grass Christmas week - so funny to hear a mower going then with decorations up and we all laughed about it

We went to deliver Christmas presents and my brother had just mown the lawns and it smelt lovely

Grass was all white this morning ,I have just planted 2 dozen cheep tulips from homebargains,my fingers are like ice cubes wish i had not bought them they were growing in the bags.

Now, now - you won't say that when they all bloom next year.
You'll be glad you did !!

I thought you Scots were a hardy breed. A couple of degrees of frost is nothing, wait until winter really comes
