I found a very young Dunnock fledgling this afternoon. I was asleep on the slabs at the back of my house. I spoke to it and it woke up and hopped into some cover.

Could not say if it flew out of my garden or over it. But a sparrowhawk was flying low over with something in it talons.

A Sprawk flew through my back garden at high speed this morning, It did not make a kill because I was out there and all the birds had gone elsewhere.

My first for many years. A tawny owl. Sadly it was a road kill.

Does not happen very often, but just now, went out to bring in a couple of the garden cameras. Was surprised to see at least 8 LTTs on the trees in the small plot. Very welcome guest indeed.
