Nice shot, Jacksparrow. Glad they're somewhere, haven't seen one yet but as Greenfinch says, there are bumbles around.

Small white butterfly this morning. I think the technical term is Small White .......

Titter ye not Missus. Small White is a perfectly acceptable identification as long as that is what it was. The other option is a female Orange Tip which is white and black and very similar to the Small White :nod:

Oh :eek: sorry, I didn't read it as a 'titter ye not' situation. I thought Placi was having one of her laughs ... well I thought it was very funny :nod: :laugh: (as Placi probably thought) ... the person naming a small white butterfly a Small White .... I mean they could have called it a Snowdrop Fairy or something ..... :D
