My predictions that the blackbird chick would be in the nest for 4 or 5 days were confounded today as it appears the female BB is now going into the undergrowth beneath the nest with food rather than to the nest itself. I believe this sometimes happens with Blackbird chicks where they spend the last few days before fledging properly being fed nearby the nest site.

Before you touch 'Computer' > 'upload images from your computer' you can 'Auto resize:' > 'message boards' but you can leave this bit out if you'd like the picture a bit bigger
You click on your picture and then can click on 'BBCode (message boards & forums) - little grey boxes on left when 'copy' will appear.
Press the box and your picture will be 'copied' - this word will flash up too.
Then you'll be able to just insert the code into your post by pressing 'Ctrl' and 'V' at the same time on your keyboard.
The picture will appear when you 'Submit' your post
