I've been watching the comings and goings out there most of this morning (it's dreich out there and blowing a hoollie) when I spotted these little ones on the grass

almost didn't see them.

My influx of young starlings was three weeks ago now . The noise has subsided but I still have about a dozen visiting every day.

They learn really quickly don't they? Eating everything they can at the moment, still only around 9 that I can see!
