What an absolute palaver - they can't leave anything alone can they - ooo what's that? - dunno, could be dangerous - better drag it out, test it, label it and give it a certificate.

Some jobsworths have had a high old time with this one. Now they'll study the poor put-upon things and at the end of 5 years will argue that under no circumstances should they be moved, tested or otherwise interfered with. Another 5 years of testing are required ..... until something else crops up which needs meddling with.
What a carry on.
