Saw a medium to large sized hedgie last night when I went out with the suet block - it was sitting in the peanut feeder scoffing :) :hedgehog:

:hedgehog: Hedgie nibbling in the peanut feeder again last night - looked about the same size as the one there the previous night  :yummy:

Still getting at least one of the juveniles still. Seems to be getting later and not so often.

Didn't see a hedgehog last night but they left calling cards in and on the edge of the peanut feeding house :hedgehog:

Put a camera out on the small plot last night. Never picked up a hedgie at all. The main garden picked the same one up around 4 times.

In the back garden about 10.30 - lethargic - took it to a local Wildlife Hospital - weighed 282gms - will determine if it has been poisoned or has worms and ring us after a week. They also thought it may have had a knock and told us to look out for its other five (about) siblings :hedgehog:

Well done nuthatch, will be well looked after. Hopefully nothing to serious. Very light going by that weight.

Camera never picked up the hedgie here last night.

Quick thinking to get a pic, Nuthatch. Must be one for the comp. - unless you get a better of one of its siblings.
Hope the little scrap makes it.

Yes, Placi  they also said that it was dehydrated - I have got some new plastic pipettes somewhere but I couldn't find them - just thought I might have been able to get some water or something into it :hedgehog:
